Welcome to Generational Wellness. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use the website and services provided by Generational Wellness for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website or services to harm or exploit others.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.

  • Engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or overburden our website infrastructure.

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Generational Wellness provides therapy services but is not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. Client-Provider Relationship

Engaging with Generational Wellness through this website does not establish a therapist-client relationship until intake has been completed, an agreement for services has been signed, and services have commenced. Therapy services are provided by licensed therapists, associate therapists, and trainees under supervision.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Services provided by Generational Wellness operate on a sliding scale and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and failure to complete payment may result in service interruptions.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. A cancellation fee of your full appointment ($85 - $125) will be applied if you fail to cancel within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). If you are receiving free therapy sessions and you do not show up for your first scheduled appointment, your free therapy sessions will be canceled, and you will no longer be eligible for those services. If you are receiving free sessions and you do not cancel within 24-hours you will also be charged the fee of a regular therapy service ($85 - $125) and will be removed from receiving free therapy services.

  • Free Sessions: We offer 8 free therapy sessions to eligible clients. After the 8th session, services may continue at a reduced rate, or may be discontinued based on treatment progress and availability.

4. Confidentiality

All therapy services provided by Generational Wellness are confidential, adhering to HIPAA regulations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal health information. However, confidentiality may be broken in instances required by law, such as when there is a danger to yourself or others, suspected child or elder abuse, or a court order.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Generational Wellness and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without prior written consent from Generational Wellness.

6. Limitation of Liability

Generational Wellness makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this website. All services and information provided through the website are offered “as is” without any guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, Generational Wellness and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website, services, or any interruptions or errors.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience, and Generational Wellness does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of third-party websites. These Terms of Service and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the state in which Generational Wellness operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located within that jurisdiction.
