Whether it's improving emotional balance, enhancing relationships, or creating sustainable habits for a better lifestyle, his role is to guide and support clients in achieving their goals. Together, he works with clients to explore tools and strategies that help them feel more connected, confident, and in control of their journey toward well-being.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
Oscar holds certifications as a Registered Drug and Alcohol Technician (RADT) and Certified Life & Success Coach, with additional training in Advanced Applied Neuroscience through the Key Change Institute. His educational background includes credentials from CCAPP Credentialing and the Jay Shetty Certification School.

With over four years of experience as a wellness coach and group facilitator, Oscar has worked with diverse populations, including adults, young adults, teens, and individuals in addiction recovery. His professional background has equipped him with the ability to connect authentically with clients while guiding them toward meaningful change.
PERSONAL CONNECTION
Oscar's passion for wellness coaching grew from his personal experiences of grief and transformation. He discovered the profound impact of intentional practices on his own life and felt called to share this with others. Witnessing his clients’ growth and resilience keeps him inspired and deeply committed to this work.
PERSONAL WELLNESS & INTERESTS
Outside of coaching, Oscar enjoys meaningful conversations with his kids, exploring new restaurants, cooking creative meals, and staying active through snowboarding, hiking, and mindfulness practices like body scans and meditation. His latest endeavor is writing his own book, allowing him to further explore and share ideas that inspire change.
