Therapist for children, adolescents & families

Nicole believes that helping one person heal is the first step to helping future generations thrive.

Nicole's approach to therapy is client-centered and compassionate, with each session guided by the unique needs and goals of the individuals she works with. She strives to create a space where children, teens, and parents feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, they explore challenges and discover coping skills that promote growth, healing, and resilience.

Nicole utilizes therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Therapy to support clients in working through anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, and trauma. She believes that small steps lead to big changes and celebrates victories along the way.

Nicole is particularly passionate about helping parents navigate the complexities of raising children and addressing the strains that can arise in family dynamics. Through collaboration and empathy, she supports families in building stronger connections and fostering healthier communication patterns.

She finds joy in the small victories her clients achieve and values the lessons she learns from each person she has the honor of working with.
